This workshop will explore 2 different enriched doughs, on the sweeter side of sourdough! We will guide you though brioche—the mixing, shaping and baking, as well as challah. We will also show you different ways to shape the doughs for different uses. Refreshments provided.

Beginning bakers to advanced, ages 12 and up. Minors must be accompanied by an adult, with tickets required for both participants.
