Led by one of our experienced bakers, this workshop will cover:

  • What sourdough is and how it works

  • How to feed and maintain your starter

  • Mixing, fermenting, shaping, and baking a classic sourdough loaf

  • Troubleshooting common issues (and how to fix them)

You’ll leave with:

  • Your own sourdough starter

  • A shaped loaf ready to bake at home

  • Dough to shape and bake later

  • And a freshly baked loaf!
