Fika Cookie Box
Fika is the Swedish tradition of taking a coffee break to enjoy a sweet cookie or treat, but also taking a pause to enjoy the company of family and friends. Our Fika boxes are 10” by 10” pine, a limited edition hand-made by Jesse Mayhew to perfectly fit our cookie collection.
The box cradles seven varieties of cookies, four of each kind, and the seven cookies each highlight a different whole grain. Included in the collection: Graham crackers with oat flour and a white chocolate frosting, wheat palmiers, cornmeal linzer with grapefruit jam and a hibiscus glaze, snowballs with pistachio and rice flour, chocolate rye spiced hot chocolate cookie with vanilla meringue, spelt biscottini with anise and fennel, and a buckwheat sablé.

Palmier: Wheat, butter, water, sugar, egg, salt
Snowball: Butter, sugar, flour, rice, salt, fennel, pistachios, baking powder, Pernod, vanilla, egg yolks
Buckwheat sablé: Butter, buckwheat, whole wheat all purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, cocoa powder, coffee
Hot Chocolate cookie: Rye, cocoa powder, coffee, cinnamon, cayenne, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, olive oil, eggs, vanilla, chocolate, marshmallows
Biscottini: Butter, sugar, eggs, pastis, wine, salt, baking powder, wheat, juniper, anise, almonds
