Cooler days make an excellent time to eat both bread, and porridge! For our porridge loaf, roughly stone milled rye berries are cooked into a porridge, then cooled and gently incorporated into the dough. 


Rye adds a tangy, complex and delicious flavor to a wheat/rye flour mix, and the loaves are leavened by a 100% rye starter for even more rye flavor...
