I always like to keep a straight up old fashioned sourdough on the menu, classic and delicious with everything, hope you like it too. A mix of hard and soft red winter wheat, and a touch of sprouted wheat flour- which adds an amazing malt flavor.
To simplify things a bit for all of us- we’re trying a new wild idea- just one size! Hopefully neither too small nor too big, just right- our 1 lb loaf is a bit bigger than our old ‘small’ and a bit smaller than the old ‘regular’ size. Available in a hearth loaf or a pan loaf.
