Naturally leavened now! We’ve switched up our recipe a bit, for more flavor, more digestibility and nutrition and a longer shelf life. Olive oil, Maldon coarse sea salt, soft white wheat. Air bubbles, crispy crust, and a magic that happens in the oven with this bread. ( the bottom of the loaf gets a little fried in olive oil, soooooo yummy, I always make sure there’s an extra piece for me to eat immediately!)
