I think my kids survive on butter, milk, honey, and of course, bread. This pan loaf has it all in one! Sweeter, a bit denser crumb, great to hold more butter or jam, toasted or grilled up with cheese. An enriched dough, our milk and honey loaf is made with milk instead of water, sweetened with honey, enriched with butter, and a blend of Wild Hive all purpose soft winter wheat flour and hard red spring bread flour, naturally leavened.
