Adapted from a recipe developed by our favorite sandwich shop in Brooklyn, Saltie. Jesse and I like to slice this horizontally and fill with aioli, veggies, feta, hard boiled eggs, herbs….and we just about have that sandwich again…. whatever filling you choose, or just as is, the focaccia is a family favorite.
Soft white wheat, crisped top and bottom with zesty olive oil, and finished with Maldon sea salt. She’s been on hiatus for a bit, but back for the week. Baked last at the hottest temperature we can, the magic that happens in the oven with this bread is worth picking up your order as soon as possible!
